CloudLink terms of use

CloudLink is free, open-source software published by AMG Cloud Engineering under the MIT License. By using it you accept the following.
- Licence. You may use, copy, modify and redistribute CloudLink as the MIT License allows.
- No warranty. CloudLink is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and its authors are not liable for any claim or damage arising from its use. The full wording is in the LICENSE.
- Your content, your responsibility. CloudLink downloads what a share link gives your account access to. You are responsible for having the right to download and keep that content, and for respecting the wishes of whoever shared it.
- The services' own terms apply. Your use of OneDrive, SharePoint and Google Drive through CloudLink is subject to your agreements with Microsoft and Google, including any limits they place on use.
- No affiliation. CloudLink is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft or Google. OneDrive, SharePoint and Microsoft are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies; Google Drive is a trademark of Google LLC.
- No service. AMG Cloud Engineering operates no online service for CloudLink and makes no commitment to provide support or updates.
